Rental Fees &
Reservation Policies

+ Service Fee: 10% of total Rental Fee.
+ Administrative Fee: 5% of total Rental Fee.
+ Club Punta Mita Access Fee customized quote
+ Food & Beverage (F&B) Deposit: $150 USD per person, per day. This acts as a credit toward your final consumption bill. A 20% service fee is added to grocery shopping bill.
+ One-night refundable security deposit
Standard Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
Holiday Minimum Stay: 7 Nights (Applies to Festive/Holiday weeks)
Maximum Occupancy: 16 adults and 2 children
Club Punta Mita Access Fee – Effective January 6th, 2026
Mandatory one-time, per-person, per-stay charge:

– Adults & Teenagers (13 years and older): $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
– Children (ages 5–12): $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
– Children under 5 years old: No charge

Cancelation
Policy

All reservations are considered final; however, we understand that plans can change. In the event of a cancellation, Rancho 6 offers the following protections to safeguard your stay:

Credit for Future Travel: The full value of your reservation may be applied to a rescheduled stay within 12 months of your original arrival date.
Rebooking Protection: Should your cancelled dates be successfully rebooked by another party, a refund or credit adjustment may be facilitated for the recovered dates.
